Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and manage security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Ensure all team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies. Safety and Security Oversight: Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols for the premises.
